Julie and Jeremy: a dreaming Wedding in Rome

Monday, May 11th, 2015

Hi lovely people!!

Today I will share with you a beautiful wedding which took place in a Villa in Lazio, near the eternal city Rome.
When I saw these pictures, I immediately fell in love with this couple!

Julie is an art director and Jeremy is a designer: they both live in Canada and got engaged last year in Rome, during their trip to Italy. For their wedding they decided to come back in Italy where it all began.
The wedding venue is Villa Trinità, a stunning late 19th century historical manor house in Capranica, near Rome.
They share their day with their closest parents and friends who helped organizing the event… Julie and Jeremy did a great job and had a great care for every single detail.
What about the three dresses? I particularly love the second one with a low back and lace inserts.
I really like Julie and Jeremy’s wedding….It was so dreaming…
A really special thank you to Monica Leggio for sending us these beautiful pictures!

Christina Lee & Andrea – the sweet life, and that it is

Monday, February 25th, 2013

Happy Monday everyone!
We had a very busy time last week, that’s why we only published one post, but this week we have something special for you!

The first blog post of the week is Christina’s and Andrea’s intimate destination wedding in Rome shared by Rossini Photography!

Christina is from the States, Andrea is Italian. They were planning a big, international wedding in the lake region, north of Italy. Then things must have become too complicated, because they decided to call off the big event and have instead a smaller and intimate wedding.
However, they still wanted their portraits taken as “bride and groom” and they planned a photo-shoot in Rome.

“To avoid the massive crowd of tourists and Romans that every Sunday of spring congests the city center – explains Claudia at Rossini Photography – we met at dawn in front of the Trevi Fountain”.

The bride was truly beautiful. She found a Finnish lady, Janet Helova, who did a great job with her hair and make-up at five in the morning. Her dress was extremely elegant, simple and modern, tailored made in an exclusive boutique in Shangai, Vernissage by Fang.
After the Trevi Fountain, they moved to Piazza di Spagna, then they walked up the Spanish Steps.

From uphill they reached the beautiful park of Villa Borghese, which rises above the center of Rome, in which they had fun renting a row boat, a couple of rickshaws, and taking pictures between alleys, paths, lawns, and woods.

“It has been a wonderful experience – says Claudia. Weddings are much more of a rush. I usually have no more than half an hour between the ceremony and the reception to take bridal portraits, with the spouses worrying about their guests being left alone. Having for once the chance to organize a full photo-shoot, instead, made it possible to shoot some amazing images whilst wondering around the eternal city”.

Egor + Svetlana: Vintage wedding in Rome

Monday, June 13th, 2011

Hi girls,

How are you? I know in Venice was really nice and sunny last week end, but here in the UK it was horrible, so I spent most my Sunday online, looking for some nice inspirations from the web.
And while searching I’ve realised we’ve never featured a wedding in Rome…It’s just that we were waiting for the right photos! 😉
Here we go…this is Egor and Svetlana’s stunning vintage wedding which took place a while ago…

Thanks Eleonora for sending your wonderful pics!
I love the ones among the chairs, and what about her retro wedding dress? Gorgeous!
