Bring colour on your table with Macarons

Every year weddings seasons see new interesting colours coming on show. It might be pink, turquoise, black or chocolate. Brides may want as well to combine colours among them into their wedding invitations or onto their wedding cakes as well!

I suggest that you add colour on your table in a nice and visual impact way with Macarons. This is a typical French meringue-based pastry: it is made with a mixture of egg whites, almond flour, and both granulated and confectionery sugar and it is well-known its smooth, domed top and ruffled circumference.

When I was in Bordeaux (France)I discovered this exclusive shop M Le Macaron, which can customize Macaron colours for you! I love this idea! This would certainly give a personal touch to your wedding day!

You can choose among a wide range of product! The one I found quite original is a wedding cake made of 60 or 100 Macarons, a great alternative idea to traditionnal multi tiers wedding cakes. The shop owner, Marion, recommends to serve Macarons with a simple ice-cream scoop or with a fruity mousse…When served as a main dessert, 4/5 macarons would delight your guests. If served as a sweety thing with a cup of coffee, at the end of your meal, 3 macarons would be sufficient enough…

M le Macaron website has not been translated in English yet but pictures speak by themselves and they will simply make your mouth watering!
