Strightly come dancing with my Tango shoes

On my wedding day the most important thing to me was just feeling comfortable in my shoes! I am not used to high heels in my day to day life and one of my  biggest concerns was to wear some really uncomfy shoes during the whole day.
It was  by talking with a friend that I ended up in a shop where I could have my shoes customized with the right colour and comfort for my wedding day – Paoul, a dance shoes manufacturer who is used to very demanding customers!

The beauty of the shop is that everything can be tailored according to your taste: the material, the colour of the material itself, the height and the type of heel, the sole and even the narrowing or the widening of the sole.
After I tried several pairs with different heel heights, I found the right shoes: they were quite simple with two crossed straps at the ankle for a better foot keeping. The most difficult part came when I had to choose among hundreds the right material and colour which could match my bronze coloured dress – not an easy thing, but after a 30 minute search I found them, a pair of chocolate coloured shoes!
I made my choice rather in advance – 3 months before the wedding – and that was perfect because I had to wait for 5 weeks to have my shoes made.
I felt very proud of my choice and, by the way, I think it is more and more fashionable to have your own shoes tailor made!!!
